The food we eat on a regular basis can really impact our moods, for the better or for the worse.

Gut health is a big topic right now, and with so many different products and supplements being sold that claim to improve our gut health, it can be easy to forget the basics. Our gut thrives on variety and diversity of plant foods, so make sure to include lots of different coloured fruits and vegetables in your meals on a daily basis 🥗🍓🍌🥑

🧊Ice baths!🧊 It might seem crazy if you haven’t tried it, but regular ice baths are actually a great way to train mental strength and self discipline💪.

You might be thinking “I never want to do that” and fair enough😆, but it’s that thought exactly why you’ll feel so great afterwards.

By pushing your body through all its urges to get out, you will develop mental strength to conquer tough situations that may arise in your life.

Beyond that, it also helps your muscles recover and improves your pain tolerance for when you are at the gym🏋️‍♀️.

So if you haven’t already, I challenge you to push yourself and give ice baths a shot!
